Yes, we have parking spaces for motorhomes.

No, but there are campsites that accommodate motorhomes less than five minutes’ drive from the gardens.

You are not allowed to have a picnic in the gardens; we have two picnic areas just outside the gardens.

We do not lend out wheelchairs; during the season, there is an electric shuttle that saves visitors a 500-metre walk through the gardens.

As the service runs continuously over a long period, you do not need to book at the SDT.

Due to the large number of visitors, and for everyone’s comfort, balance bikes are not permitted in the gardens.

Drones are not permitted in the gardens, unless prior permission has been requested and granted in writing by management.

(DIY workshop / Via Ferrata / Woodturning / Rock climbing) – No booking required; subject to availability.

There is no extra charge for the Via Ferrata (except for private hire or groups); you simply need to pay the entrance fee to the Gardens
